Is it harmful to the environment?
No our paint is environmentally safe, there is no harmful chemicals in the paint we use.

What about for children and pets is it harmful to them?
Once applied to the grass our paint is not toxic to humans or animals.

How long does it last?
The average time for the paint to last its full color is 90 days (3 months). This is dependent on the amount of sunlight. It could last longer or shorter but the average is 90 days. When the color starts fading away though it gradually fades away at a consistent color.

Will the grass turn blue when it starts fading away?
No our paint loses its pigment at a consistent rate. It takes blue and yellow to make green. The paint we use loses its blue and yellow pigments at an equal rate. Unlike other companies paints whose paint ends up turning blue. This is due to the fact that their paint's yellow pigment depletes at a faster rate than the blue. We all know you wouldn't want a blue yard now would you? I know I wouldn't!!!

How long does it take to dry?
The paint dries within 1 hour or less depending on sunlight and outside air temperature. Once it is dry it is permanent either until the grass grows out or after it starts gradually fading away. If we paint dead grass it will be there usually more than 3 months.

How long does it take for the application process?
This is all dependent on the size of the yard but on average a 2000sq ft yard should take less than 1 hour.

How much is your minimum service call?
Our minimum service call is $75 up to 800sq ft.

My yard is bigger than that so how much will mine cost?
On our "Welcome" page on the bottom left hand corner we have our "Get Your Free Estimate" which lets you put in the square feet of your yard. If you do not know at all call us and we can help you figure it out on the phone. We can also come to your yard and give you your exact yard square footage. With this reading we can give you an exact price of the application for your particular yard.

Will it hurt my grass?
No not at all!!! It will actually help protect your grass in the winter by helping the blades insulate themselves from the cold winters Northern Florida receives.

What kind of grass can you use it on?
We can paint any grass species you throw at us!

Will it stain my kids shoes, pets, or anything that walks around in the grass?
No once it is dry there is no staining on anything even clothes.

Does it have fertilizer in it?
No, it is just a permanent dye, a paint that will last until it grows out or slowly fades away.

What about the winter to spring transition?
That's the beauty of this whole process your lawn will not even look like it has a transition because it will be green 365 days a year! It will actually help it green faster in the Spring because the paint will act as a protective barrier for the lawn, warming it throughout the cold months. This protects the roots, and has the grass prepared to green up faster than normal in the Spring.

How will this help me sell my house?
Realtors say "curb appeal" is everything when selling a house. If they can't even get a potential buyer in the front door then they will never be able to sell that house. If your yard had a pest infestation with major dead spots, JEA cut off the water causing it to turn brown, or you over fertilized and the grass looks is burnt then grass painting is the way to go in getting potential buyers to look at your house.
